What is the exchange/return policy?
Items may be returned up to 30 days from date of purchase for exchange or full refund, less shipping charges. Product must be in new and unused condition. Any damaged product received will not be exchanged, given a refund, and will not be returned. Damages include stains, tears/holes, washed items, and items without their original tags in place.

We cannot be responsible for items lost in the shipping process back to our facility. You will be notified by email when the product is received. Please allow 10-14 business days to process your exchange/refund. (In most cases it's faster.)
What should I have for lunch today?
While we would love to answer this question for you, we cannot. However, we do have a few suggestions. 1) Pat's BBQ in SLC. Best BBQ in Utah, period. Live music and burnt ends Friday, don't miss it. 2) Good ol' peanut butter and jelly/honey sandwich. You can never go wrong with one of those. Also good with Doritos. 3) Nothing. Not a great option but an option none-the less. 4) Trailmix. With or without M&M's. 5) Bugs on a log with maybe some Ritz crackers and cheese. Yummy.
I need some shirts printed. Can you do that?
You came to the right place my friend. We print shirts for schools, wards, family reunions, bands, and any type of business. Email us at sales@admin.com for pricing.
What are your shipping costs/times?
Currently we offer USPS First Class shipping (3-5 days) or USPS Priority (2 day). Orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours Monday through Friday and then shipped. USPS priority orders purchased after 2pm MST will not be shipped until the following business day (M-F). Shipping costs are based on weight. Free shipping on orders over $50.
Do you ship internationally? Yes. We recently added several international destinations and will continue to add more. If you don't see your country on the list, email us and we'll do our best to add it!
How do I change my order?
If you would like change anything to your order please email us at sales@8apparel.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Please include in the email your name and invoice number. If the product you had originally purchased has not been sent we will gladly make any changes that you need.
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and check cards (as long as they are connected with one of the major credit card companies listed above). You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.
Paying by Check Card? If you're paying with a Visa or Master Check Card, enter it as if it was a regular credit card. We're sorry but we do not accept checks, money orders, or paypal at this time.
Why am I being charged tax?
We have a physical presence in Utah. Orders shipping to this state are subject to sales tax. Tax rates are based on the shipped to address.
What about donations?
We gladly accept donations. Thank you.
What if I want a shirt in a different color?
It is possible with some designs to get them printed on different colored shirts. Please email us at sales@8apparel.com with the design and shirt color you want and we'll let you know!

What is the Perpetual Education Fund that 8 Apparel donates to?
The Fund helps impoverished youth get a loan that they couldn't otherwise get. It allows them to furthur their education with the hopes of obtaining better paying jobs and lifting them out of poverty.
